Skarl courage meter bug
Skarls courage meter is not filling when jungle monsters get killed.

Not a bug. The courage meter will only fill when battling epic monsters. This means only Dragon, Rift Herald, and Baron Nashor will restore courage. The regular jungle camps do not apply here.
