Leblanc's w and ultimate w

There is a bug when i play leblanc, here's what it is- I w(distortion) then rw(distortion again) but instead of me going foward again it puts me back to my original w spot. It is like I never clicked r between the combo but I did and this has happened to me 3 times in one game.
