[GAMEPLAY] Jayce's Acceleration Gate does not go off when Spamming Mouse Right Clicks

I would like to report a bug for the champion Jayce. His QE combo do not go off 100% of the time when interacting with mouse right clicking and mouse hovering. Here is the exact procedure to reproduce the bug: 1. Transform into cannon form. 2. Keep spamming right click to move. 3. While clicking, press Q. 4. Before the Q flies off, quickly hover the cursor towards Jayce's character location then press E (Remember you are also spamming right click while doing this). After this procedure you will find that very often times, either Q or E of your QE combo not going off. Riot, Please fix this bug!
