Game have random freezes while playing, these are 1-2 seconds long...

Not sure if anyone is able to help or is having the same problem as me.... But... It is very weird, because I bough this hardware in November last year.... It all started in February... Random in-game freezes for about 1-2 seconds, which sometimes are in crucial times (Team fights) Or just while farming in lane or anything.... In a 30 minute game, it may happen zero times or 2-3 times. I tried to put everything on minimal, but even so, it still happens... I have a Nvidia GTX 1060, 8GB RAM, SSD, Ryzen 5 1600 Six-core... I think its way too much than what LoL asks for recommended specs, but this happens and not sure why.... I cant just go into the store and say its a Video Card malfunction while stuff like Final Fantasy XV, etc, Works pretty smooth without any breaks.... Thanks in advance!
