KATARINA'S Q R AND RECALL BUGS OUT IN MID GAME SOMETIMES!!!

The following bug happend to me 4 times so far! Ill be mid game usually lvl 11 playing as Kat then all of a sudden my q r and recall will not work on target! I can click the hot key but cannot click onto target! It will not work manually either. Why is this riot? Will you please respond to this legitamate bug report? Thanks and have a nice day :) P.S. This bug has cost me a loss of 3 ranked games and a pair of reports id like to let you know how much i appreciate that...

Upvoted. I have a Korean friend who is experiencing this issue too. According to him, After several big fights or even just laning, Katarina can't use Q,R or recall and he has said that this bug has been a while. I'm asking him for detail now.

When I get his message, I'll leave another comment for details like item builds or skill builds and even skins that he used. I hope this detail can help riot to check this bug out.

This is the longest standing bug I have ever known about in league history and I have been complaining about it for about 6 months and it has existed over a year.

This affects MANY champs ( Xerath Varus Sion Katarina to name a few

anyone with a channeled ability like lotus for Kat or piercing arrow for Varus etc. Sometimes when you get CC'd and die during the channel (it's hard to pin down exactly the trigger effect.) but it is definitely related to channeled abilities. Your Q and R get bugged and you can no longer cast them. Dying again does not reset this the only fix I know of is to relog which can cost you the game.

If you search for Q and R bugged you will find posts on this for every champion with channeled abilities going back month and months and months. I have posted again and again trying to bring attention to this but the individual posts never seem to get enough upvote momentum to get really looked at. I don't know how to make a bigger deal out of this. RIOT FIGURE THIS OUT!

this happened to me today and cost me a ranked game. i was expecting to see a solution here in the boards but the results seem discouraging. in order to preserve fairness riot should redeem the lost LP at least!
