Akali Shroud and Annie Tibbers Bug

I was playing some akali when I got counter picked by and annie and so I shrouded to save my life and so when I was in my shroud Annie ulted and so I was really low and I kept moving around my shroud and tibbers Kept on following me, this happened around 3 times that game, all trying to fight the annie
