[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Taunt

Rammus' taunt doesn't work sometimes. It happens often when I try to taunt enemy Katarina, but it also sometimes happens when using it on the jungle monsters. The jungle monsters don't walk up and enemy champions can just walk away while taunted. Sadly I don't record my games so I don't have any footage. I hope this can get looked into.
