Infernal Nasus Skin Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Their is a bug after the ultimate comes off cooldown and u have already pressed Q for siphon strike during the ultimate that it simply does not attack, i think you need to click somewhere else and then back onto the target again for it to work.

Have played alot of nasus 1 million mastery, and this has happens often with this skin only.

Im aware of the range difference between the ultimate Q range and the normal Q range and that is not the problem.
