[GAMEPLAY] Battlecast Vel'Koz's ultimate ocassionally missing some of its particles.

This bug involves the middle part of Battlecast Vel'Koz's Life-form Disintegration Ray completely missing sometimes. It seems to happen randomly, though I've only seen it happen when there are other people in the game, a custom game with bots on both teams did not seem to trigger the bug. I'm sorry that I cannot provide a more accurate description as to how to reproduce the issue, but please, I desperately hope this will be noticed by a Rioter. I bought the skin on its recent sale and I am seriously feeling swindled how it is bugged like this. And that's not all. Battlecast Vel'Koz's taunt animation is also bugged and the text he writes in the board that appears in the air is disconnected from the board, usually appearing above it. The picture I attached clearly depicts the larger issue.
