Having issues with Selecting/Banning a champion in champ select

I'm having issues with selecting and banning champions. During the ban it comes up grey as if I haven't selected anything, however if I hover a champ, it will auto ban it. But then during my selection I can't select a champ... I've tried restarting my computer and client, and tried re-installing. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks....
