[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai Indestructable Tunnel Bug

Last night when I played a game with my friends as Leona, Rek'Sai went to gank bot lane and right as she came out of a tunnel she had just formed, I ult'd and stunned her. After we recovered from the gank, I tried to destroy the tunnel, only to find it indestructible. My adc, Kalista, tried to stop it, and nothing happened. Rek'Sai could even ult to her tunnel, meaning we could never push lane too hard with a tunnel in the middle of our lane. (Even though enemy Rek'Sai exploited this bug a lot, we still won game thankfully, but the laning phase was annoying with constant Rek'Sai ult ganks)

My guess to reproducing this bug is cc'ing Rek'Sai immediately as she exits her tunnel. Would include a video, but I can't get LoLrecorder to work at the moment. Might edit it in when I can get it to work.
