Very high ping in game ( 4k )

Hey to everybody, Firstly i would like to say that my writing skills in english are not very good and i may type many words wrong. I made this post because i have very high ping when playing the game. It oscilates, when i start the game usualy i have 50-70 ping but after 3-4 minutes i start having 200-400 ping and even higher 1000-4000 ping... I have lag and cant play well, ocassionaly when the ping is at a high rate it appears the message "attempting to recconect", so it disconect from the game for a few seconds and almost every time when i play a match it crashes appearing a error window. I dont know how to put the imagine here but i will upload it and put u a link here. I know that this affects many players and i think the developers should look into it bceause maybe the problem is from my settings, desktop but it may be also from the client, dunno... I have a low performance pc pentium dual core E5200 2.5 gz, 4 gb ram, and a nvidia gforce gt 610, 32 bit operating sistem, with windows 7. Thank you.
