Azir E Bugged [GAMEPLAY]

Azir's abilities (excluding his ULT) are all based off of the use of his sand soldiers (W) which you are forced to upgrade at level 1. I've noticed that if there is no sand soldier currently 'used' the E ability is still able to be activated. When I say this I mean that the ability is **not **grayed out like his Q would be if there were no soldiers out on the field.

(NOTE: In my options, I have it so that it tells me when I lose mana) If there are no sand soldiers on the field currently and you activate Azir's E, it tells me that I am losing mana, appropriate to the amount needed to actually use Azir's E, but no mana is actually lost. In addition to this, I've noticed that if Azir is moving and activates his E (with no soldiers on the field) Azir will stop moving.

This makes it very difficult to flee from a fight using a soldier to move if just before you activate your E, the soldier disintegrates and Azir stops moving. It never ends well for Azir. . .

How to reproduce:

  1. Turn on settings to show when you lose mana
  2. Have at least one point in Azir's W and E (and Q to verify that it is grayed out with no soldiers out on the field, and compare it to the **NOT **grayed out E)
  3. With no soldiers on the field activate Azir's E

Frequency: This bug can be reproduced on command by following the steps above and is demonstrated in the video I have linked as well.

Summary: It may just be a visual bug with the display of losing mana using your E, but it is a real bug that you are allowed to activate Azir's E when there are no soldiers out on the field. I'm guessing that it's supposed to act like Azir's Q when there is no soldier out on the field to move to.
