[Gameplay] Teleport with movementspeed buff from the fountain (in the start)

I was in a custom game testing out things when i found this teleport bug. So when you teleport with the movement speed buff from the fountain (in the start) you can still walk while the teleport animation is going on. The bug is not breaking the game but i dont think it should be like this.

1. Make a custom game
2. Pick"summoners rift" 3- pick a champion and teleport
3. Teleport on a Tower and then start running while the animations is still going.

I have tried this 3 times (vayne,vayne and nautlius) and still gets the same results
