Couldn't Connect To Game?

I was trying to load into a game but the client wouldn't open, I closed the client thru task manager after I couldn't open it, i then tried to reconnect but when I tried to connect I wouldn't move up from 0, when i thought i'd finally connect i just got the screen shown on the image, and I couldn't click continue, i had to use task manager (yet anytime i tried to alt tab or go back to desktop it would just reappear, albeit i was able to use my mouse and keyboard on the foreground desktop. Unsure if this was my pc or not but a couple of others have also posted this
