[Gameplay] Garen Ultimate Bug

Garen's ultimate cooldown is not shown when it is used as soon as he dies (it will be used, all animation, damage etc will be shown, but cd is not shown). This happened frequently whenever I killed an enemy and died at the same time Step-by-step recreation:

Step 1: Fight someone Step 2: Ult Step 3: While ulting enemy (killing him/her/thing), and die
