Cant use the shop nor buy champions from my account

Hello riot . As the title says i cant use the shop , and cant buy champions , it says your order could not be completed at this time , try again later . Its been like this for 3 days or more . I would appreciate any help .

If you can't find a solution yet, submit a Support Ticket. Could take a while for them to get to the ticket though, so search around for solutions in the meanwhile.
