[CRASH]Yasuo ult through Azir ult freezes client

Played a game tonight as Yasuo against an Azir in mid. As we both got our ults, Azir ulted me away from him. I threw a tornado towards him that landed, and I went for my ult. I went straight through the wall and into the ult animation of Last Breath, and as soon as I reached him, my entire game client froze. I could not alt-f4, could not task manager exit as it was stuck on my screen, and I ended up having to ctrl-alt-delete and log out and log back into Windows.

Simple steps to recreate this issue for Riot to verify and fix:

1.) Have Steel Tempest charged to its third level and ready to cast the tornado

2.) Cast Emperor's Divide standard pathing

3.) Throw the tornado through the Emperor's Divide

4.) Cast Last Breath where Yasuo will pass through the wall of soldiers from Emperor's Divide.

I cannot say if it matters who Last Breath is targeted when casting. Perhaps it will only crash if used on Azir, or perhaps it will happen regardless. This is the first time I have seen that happen, and I do not have anyone that I know that owns Azir to test further.
