Normal Draft Pick affecting Ranked Solo/Duo que

Me and my friend was playing a normal ranked draft pick and when we finished the game depromoted to to silver 5 from silver 4 promos to go into silver 3. I was playing the game at the time as gangplank. This is definitely a bug some kind of way.
