[GAMEPLAY] Lee Sin's Safeguard is bugged with Quick + Self Cast

So, as the title says, Lee Sin's W is, among other bugs, not delivering the wanted effect - when you put it on Quick Cast + Self cast, it's essentially Quick Cast that casts it on yourself if no valid target is selected. Basically, instead of casting it on yourself, Lee attempts to cast it, but doesn't attempt to select a target. By hovering over yourself, you can cast it, however, it is tiresome targeting yourself all the time if you've already acquired muscle memory for it being cast wherever your mouse is.

How to replicate: Pick Lee Sin, level up W, turn on Quick + Self cast on the W, cast W without targeting anything, preferably when targeting terrain.

It doesn't work 100% of the time, and I already checked other champions like Janna and Kayle, and their skills work correctly.
