SR Beta Map — Seizure-inducing color flashing

I was just playing a game of ranked solo queue, and when I got in the entire map was insanely flashing random colors. It seems like each individual piece of the map was changing colors differently from the other parts, but the colors were changing what seemed like every single frame. I've attached a screenshot of the effect, and you can see how different parts are different colors/shades during that one frame.

Needless to say, I had to exit the game and reload the map to prevent my eyeballs from imploding.
