Champion/Tower highlight error

The BLUE outline that appears around friendly structures and champions on cursor rollover, and the RED outline on enemy structures and champions are off by a fair distance. (See attached image) I have tried changing all settings related to video. Help!

I'm on a 5k iMac, running OS 10.10.3 (Yosemite)

This error occur on ALL resolutions. Also, I would love to play at full 5k res. Will the new Hud update allow for cursor/minimap scaling?
