Attack speed numbers appear in chat.
I was playing in Twisted Treeline with Soraka and when I auto attacked any enemy champion some numbers appeared in the chat. I attach a screenshot.
PD: Yes, AP Soraka in Twisted Treeline.

Had this happen to my roommate, also on TT. May be map specific. He was playing Brand Darius, and he was simply farming, no champs attacking.
This should be fixed in the next patch :)
