RECONNECT LAG? CANT SEE MY GAME

When i start a game like ranked and it has started it says RECONNECT on the screen. My internet is working good and i dont know what the problem is? i have gotten bans like 20mins per game now and its not even my problem. wtf is happening??!!!! pls if support sees this, remove my ban and check my account its really weird. thanks!
