[GAMEPLAY] Katarina can't use my Q skill, R skill, and Recall.

everything was working fine. then all of a sudden the Q and R and recall stopped working. i thought it was just my keyboard but then when i tried to click it still wouldnt work. I tried reconnecting, relogging, but it still wouldnt work. I dont mind the loss but RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS. It completely ruined the game for me.

I had the same exact problem and asked Riot for support. I hope the issue gets fixed soon item 3070
