Champ Select Countdown Bug

In champ select the countdown timer will go down to 0 but then the client just freezes instead of going to the next step in the picking. This has occurred in both pick preferred champ and in banning phase. It will then update once the next phase is over and kick you out and count it as a dodge. It is random when it happens but almost always happens once a day and has occurred over the last several patches.
