No key fragments

I havnt had a key fragment drop in at least 3 weeks now. And I'm usually on basically all day. What's the deal?

The more you get, the rarer they get. The drop rate resets after a few weeks

They reset each month, Sypeh should have one by now.

The reset isn't a hard date, but is like first win - it resets a month after getting your first key of the previous month.

So let's say it came out March 9. Got first key on afternoon of march 10 (say he lost a few games and maybe didn't get a key on his first win), then it won't reset until midday April 10. Now let's say he got his first key late on April 11 - then it wouldn't reset until later tonight.

At least i think that's how it works. Would explain things for a lot of people complaining these last 2 days.
