[CLIENT] Champion name sometimes show before first ban

To reproduce:

Get into champ select (draft). Sometimes when the first player is banning I see some champion name displayed like in the image, but with no champion portrait. It doesn't happen all the time but it leads me to believe it's someones hovered champion. You can see this happens for both teams and it seems the 4th player on my team has lucian hovered in my first image.
