my division and my rank just disapeared

now i cant play ranked any more the seystem didint sent massege or somthing it just happend.... i cant see my division it just type how much defeats and how much wins i have.. can you tell me what is it? when i can start play rankeds again and to have a division? what ban it is?

there is scheduled maintenance going on, all should be back to normal pretty soon.
