won ranked but lost LP

So i just won a ranked game and its is my match history too but i did not get any lp+ but i lost some. i try to contact the support as sending an issue ticket but it writes i have to log in but when i try it it shows some problem again so i can not contact the supp. any idea? thx

If at any time in the game you were flagged as afk you will lose LP no matter the outcome of the match.... Riot needs to fix this as it only serves to deter people that had an issue from coming back.__

Were you possibly disconnected at the time of the win? I have heard of that happening to people when they afk.
