Help? Is Anybody Else Having This Kind Of Issue?

Now, I'm quite new to League of Legends, and as so, I have very little experience on themes like technical problems. For some reason, on the 13th November's update, I started to encounter this issue: When I would open the game, it shows a box that says "We have restored this installation to an older version of League of Legends. Now we'll try to patch it up to the latest version". As far as this goes, this seemed normal. However, when I did restart the program, I am left with the usual patch window- but this time without the loading bar. When I use the Hextech Repair Tool, instead it starts looping on the program. "We have restored this installation to an older version of League of Legends. Now we'll try to patch it up to the latest version", restart it, and it comes back up with "We have restored this installation to an older version of League of Legends. Now we'll try to patch it up to the latest version". When I restart the computer, it goes back to the original version in which the the loading bar is absent, and using the Hextech Repair will cause the same effect. Help?
