250 Ping (Im not sure where this goes)

I have been experiencing an abnormally high ping as of late. I decided to run a speedtest from my location to chicago. I ended up with a 36 ping. However in game i consistently maintain 250. It is unplayable. I dont run anything in my background while i play. i even close Firefox. I have almost no other traffic, and i have speeds of 200mbps plus.

Any suggestions?
