Bug - "Showing incorrect game post screen"

Description: After a normal (SR) game, I was shown to a post game screen that showed the results of a ranked game I had played 15 days ago.

Steps to reproduce: I have not tried to reproduce this yet, but I was viewing ranked match history on my friends profile before the game started, so possible steps would be.

1. Start a lobby with friends, and start the game.
2. Click on "Show Profile" for a friend.
3. Click on the ranked teams tab, and select a team.
4. Show results for 5v5 matches.
5. Wait for the accept button to appear.
6. Begin game as you would (I do not believe we were dropped from the first lobby; nobody dodged)
7. Play game (Win hopefully)
8. Wait for post game screen

Final words: This bug was not game breaking in any way, and it was quite funny for us at the time, but I would prefer this game be as bug free as possible.
