[Gameplay] [Bug] Teemo Ult

Hello fellow summoners!

Disgusting old Teemo main here. Periodically when playing the old times rat, I have been noticing some bugs where Teemo’s Ult has been bugged. Largely around mid game when placing shrooms, running around after team fights or simply placing shrooms there will be some sort of mishap where servers seem to inventory one or two shrooms but I cannot place any. After CD on shrooms it will only populate one but still read that I have two. Sometimes it will also read that I have 1 and have to wait for two cool downs in order to place just one shroom.

TLDR; shroom CD will read I have one shroom or two in inventory but I can’t place any.
