Leavebuster broken?

so awhile back i got flagged for leavebuster cause my computer had to do an update. so ive played through several matches with the 5min penalty. but now it keeps on flagging me for leave buster every time i finish the 3 game penalty. im not afk and im not leaving, so why is it flagging me? and how do i fix it. ive played like 20 something games like this now and im really tired of the penalty
