HELP , Legacy skin missing riot says i dont have it

i had my riot singed skin and for some reason its not there any more

i contacted riot and they say i never had it , the thing is they didnt seem to be able to get my old summoner names on their own

also its not the scam rp thing i read about some people losing skins due to some rp scam, already contacted riot

i spent so much on skins ( i like to collect stuff) and i have a ton of lolreplay files but i cant play them "many are season 3*

**so im asking if you guys know if i can see what skin i had in those lolreplay files , JUST from the file without playing it

or if you know of any other way i can prove i had the skin**
