Leaverbuster for nothing!

When we came to the Selecting champs it started to countdown after all. But it stacked at 0(zero) I had restarted the PC and when I logged in, I had a leaverbuster! -RIOT, Take this leaver out of my acc, please!

are you sure it was leaverbuster? because dodging a que is punished with a dodge timer, nothing more.
