can't reconnect

I was disconnected in a game at around 5 minutes. I quit the game and log in trying to re connect the game, but there is not the option. I went to match history and there was nothing. So I started a new game and see what's gonna happen, and I just finished that new game, but when I was loading, I went to LoLKing, and it says I'm still in that game... Is it a bug or anything?????

Hope my teammates didn't report me.
