HELP!! PLEASE!! Ghost 50 wins IP Boosts!

This morning when I logged into my account, I surprisingly find that it is in a 51 wins boost! (After a blind pick game it become 50 wins boosts). However, I haven't purchased any Ip boosts and what I purchased is XP boost. Does anyone know what happen? Maybe because I have 0 RP??? Thanks for any help!

I believe that they have started giving IP boosts for reaching certain levels, as a response to lowering the amount of XP you need to hit 30. Did you just recently get to level 20?
