[Client] Cannot pick the last champion that I own (alphabetically)

For some people, the last champion alphabetically that they own is Zyra, so they can't pick her. The last champion alphabetically that I own is Zoe, so I can't pick her. The champion's icon doesn't appear in the pick screen no matter how you sort.
