AATROX : HIS 3 auto proc on W active does not aply lifesteal, you do not gain any hp back from what is supposed to get, (its supposed to get the lifesteal = to the damage dealt by the W active proc but u dont get any!

Shen= If you flash Q or Q FLash Your Q dont come, goes on cdr and you dont get the passive shield nor the blade dmg

Aatrx better explanation:: so lets say you build a lifesteal item, if you have your W toggled, on its 3 rd aa ( that procs the W) it doesnt apply lifesteal, this is a really bad bug to aatrox
