The inability to see some abilities.

So, my friends and I have noticed this during a few games where you can't see the actual projectile shot when certain abilities are used and this is extremely frustrating due to what they are. For example, you can only see the particles of a Nidalee Q, not the actual spear that is shot out and you have to squint in order to see the particles making it impossible to dodge a very important skill shot that can cost you a trade or even your life. Another champion that was witnessed with this bug was Braum, his Q unable to be seen but only the particles which means no big ram head flying toward your face. Please help me out with this bug, Riot. It's ridiculous and very impairing.
