Arclight Vel'Koz Bug (GAMEPLAY)

This may potentially be bugged out for all skins, but I experienced it on this one so I'll report that here.

Played an ARAM, got to level 6. Could level up my ult just fine.

Mashed R key. No Hyper Viper Beam. :C

I tried remapping the ult key to different ones (maybe my R was broken?). No dice.

For what it's worth, it was my most recent game. Vel'Koz, Jax, Jarvan, Wukong, Yi on one team, Amumu, Udyr, Tristana, Talon, Alistar on the other. Maybe something went wrong in the coding between these champs, or the update broke him. I don't know.
