Kalista crit animation

With the season 6 changes to Runaan's Hurricane, it adds crit into Kalista's previously non-crit build. I dont know if last season it did this to when you build crit, but her crit animation makes it pretty hard to smoothly kite. Instead of auto, click away, right click again, you need to pause and wait for the crit animation to end. I guess this isn't exactly a bug but it makes Kalista's kiting feel very awkward, and Runaan's is a pretty important item to build on her. So is this intended or an actual bug..?
