Situation - Random connection drop, join bugs

Hi, So this error happends a lot but i never though about going over here, well now its too much.

First of all it was join bugs, when we tryin to connect client crash and i need to restart cpu about 5 times because later when i try to turn on lol, it says 'connection dropped check ur internet' and it is working ...(!!!)

Second thing which happend just now to me, is that while im playing a game, randomly it lags me out like clicking the router off which is quite suprising as my internet works all the time (!!!) than i need to reset my cpu for about 5 times again because while i try to turn on lol, it says 'game is in progress' and i cant reconnect (!!!)

After that i get -18 points to LP even tho i won the game, and im marked as 'leaver' what an absolute joke!! riot do something about it as it is getting more and more frustrating.
