Rp Card Error

So i tried to redeem a 10 euro rp card but whenever i press the "Pay now" button this message comes - **We apologize, but our store was unable to process your payment at this time. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If you've received this message multiple times, please contact us at http://support.leagueoflegends.com/ **and i was wondering if there is any solution for this and please dont write about how you have the same problem post solutions only. Thanks in advance. ( btw. im on the eune server i had bought the card from Spain but im trying to redeem it from Bulgaria even though i dont think that is a problem cuz it says on the back that its valid for the whole Europe - EUNE and EUW
