Champion Mastery Grades not Loading?

Ever since the latest patch, champion mastery grades haven't been loading for me at the end of the game.

I'd wait like 10 minutes and still nothing. Strangely enough, whenever I duo with a friend, they too have the same issue (but not when they're not playing with me) so for whatever reason, my account isn't letting me, or my friends have our grades loaded?

Solo queue is the same, no grade. Just keeps loading and loading.

EDIT: Two weeks later and this is still happening. This occurs on multiple servers, including OCE, EU and NA.

Someone sent Riot a support ticket email and they got an incredibly unhelpful reply: http://imgur.com/kc2dCFi

Same issue. I haven't gotten graded for my Nami and Bard.

It stopped... then it started happening again.

Still happening as of June 21. I find that it's happening regularly to champions that I am not Level 5 with yet.

And when it happens to me, it happens to my entire team.
