Viktor's Bug
All i hope is that it has to due with his E-Death Ray correctly hitting targets. Often the laser will pass through a stationary minion and deal no damage but then the augment half will kill it off with it not moving. Thank you.

nope it was his q shield scaling indefenitly :P that will not be fixed caus it's a gameplay bug
