What's up with them Silver Serpents and not lettin GP upgrade that ult?

So in multiple games, I have gotten the 500 silver serpents and go back to base to upgrade my Cannon Barrage. Yet, it is grayed out and says I lack the funds to upgrade the ult. I have well over 600 by that time and it has happened at least 4 games to me now. Just wanted to let you guys know/maybe you all know how to fix/maybe Riot will see this.

It's been working fine for me.

And I have upgraded an ult twice in a game before, so I'm not exactly sure what's wrong here.
