EUW | Ranked is totally ruined , Boosted players / AFK's / Rage-quitters / Int-Feeders

Since the kickoff of season 9 , everyone expected the adding of IRON and new ranked system will help players improve their tiers and evolve throughout the game , however as an EUW player we didn't receive the full ranked system such as KOREA & NORTH AMERICA , yet many players in my region are suffering from this so claimed ' new system ' climbing is harder than any previous season , i'm talking in elo's such Platinum / Gold / Silver , there are tons of Unsportsman-like players , Feeders / Rage-quitters / AFK's and most importantly BOOSTED ones , ruining others games and not getting penalties , from a player in this region and one that loves this game and would love to enjoy further tier gameplays and experience , it is hard to accept that it's getting tough and harder every season and the number of ( Toxic players ) is INCREASING HEAVILY .

i'm a euw player for more than 8 years, and i'm willing to continue playing .. however, i'm so suprised how bad the ranking system has become. people lower than me with 3 divisions are playing ranked with me, i mean i'm not ignorant but we have higher level thus they can't contest with us, and this issue has occured to so many other players ( friends or even well known streamers .. ). Most importantly, is that EVEN when someone, who's boosted or AFK'd or was toxic in the game, is reported, seriously nothing happens, even these players start saying that they dont care about your repport and that they aren't afraid.

Seriously, league of legend workers or staff, just FIX the game, for the love of god, just FIX THE GAME.
